【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheGerbermethodforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofmilkandincludesguidanceonthedeterminationoftheappropriatecapacityofthemilkpipetteandonthedeterminationofthecorrectionstoapplytotheresultsifthemilkisnotofaveragefatcontent(see6.1)TheprocedureforcheckingthecapacityofthemilkpipetteisspecifiedinAnnexAThemethodisapplicabletoliquidmilk,wholeorpartiallyskimmed,raworpasteurizedWithmodifications,detailsofwhicharegiven,itisalsoapplicableto:a)milkcontainingcertainpreservatives(seeClause11);b)milkthathasundergonetheprocessofhomogenization,inparticularsterilizedmilkandultraheat-treated(UHT)milk(seeClause12);c)skimmedmilk(seeClause13).NOTETheresultobtainedbytheprocedurespecifiedinClause12(modifiedformilkthathasundergonehomogenization)maybeslightlyhigh.
