【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationlaysdownthephysical,technicalandmetrologicalconditionstobefulfilledwhencalibrationsofvacuumgaugesareperformedbydirectcomparisonwithareferencegauge.Fromtheconditionsdescribedcanbededucedhowtodesignanapparatusthatcanperformvacuumgaugecalibrationsinanadequatemanner.Thevacuumgaugestobecalibratedcanbeofanykind.Manytypesofgaugesconsistofseveralparts.Typically,thesearegaugehead,cable,operationaldeviceandsignalreadout.Thiswholesetisconsideredastheunitthathastobecalibrated.Whereas,ifonlythegaugehead(i.e.thatpartofthevacuumgaugedirectlyexposedtothevacuum)iscalibrated,allset-upsandconditionswouldhavetoberecordedsuchthattheuserofthecalibratedgaugeheadwouldbeabletoperformthemeasurementsinthesamemannerasduringthecalibration.Thereferencegaugeiseitheracalibratedgaugetraceabletoavacuumprimaryornationalstandard(normalcase),withacalibrationcertificateaccordingtoISO/IEC17025,oranabsolutelymeasuringinstrument(rarecase),traceabletotheSIunitsandtowhichameasurementuncertaintycanbeattributed.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotgiveguidanceonhowtotreatspecialtypesofvacuumgauges,betheyreferencestandardsorunitsundercalibration,anditisintendedthatsuchguidancebegiveninothertechnicalspecifications.ThepressurerangeforcalibrationstreatedinthisTechnicalSpecificationdependsontherealiseddesignofthecalibrationapparatusandonthetypeofreferencegauge.Therangevariesinitslimitsfrom10Pato110kPa.
