【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241setsforthergonomicdesignprinciplesformulatedingeneralterms(i.e.presentedwithoutreferencetosituationsofuse,application,environmentortechnology)andprovidesaframeworkforapplyingthoseprinciplestotheanalysis,designandevaluationofinteractivesystems.WhilethispartofISO9241isapplicabletoalltypesofinteractivesystems,itdoesnotcoverthespecificsofeverycontextofuse(e.g.safetycriticalsystems,collaborativework).Itisintendedforthefollowingtypesofusers:--designersofuserinterfacedevelopmenttoolsandstyleguidestobeusedbyuserinterfacedesigners;userinterfacedesigners,whowillapplytheguidanceduringthedevelopmentprocess;--developers,whowillapplytheguidanceduringdesignandimplementationofsystemfunctionality;--buyers,whowillreferencethispartofISO9241duringproductprocurement;--evaluators,whoareresponsibleforensuringthatproductsmeetitsrecommendations.ThispartofISO9241focusesondialogueprinciplesrelatedtotheergonomicdesignofthedialoguebetweenuserandinteractivesystem,anddoesnotconsideranyotheraspectofdesignsuchasmarketing,aestheticsorcorporatedesign.Thelistofrecommendationsforeachofthedialogueprinciplesisnotexhaustive.
