【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforclassificationofsolidwireelectrodes,tubularcoredelectrodesandelectrode/fluxcombinations(all-weldmetaldeposits)forsubmergedarcweldingofcreepresistingandlow-alloyelevated-temperaturesteels.Onefluxcanbetestedandclassifiedwithdifferentelectrodes.Oneelectrodecanbetestedandclassifiedwithdifferentfluxes.Thesolidwireelectrodeisalsoclassifiedseparatelybasedonitschemicalcomposition.ThisInternationalStandardisacombinedspecificationprovidingforclassificationutilizingasystembaseduponthechemicalcompositionofthesolidwireelectrodeandall-weldmetaldeposit,orutilizingasystembaseduponthetensilestrengthoftheall-weldmetaldepositandthechemicalcompositionofthesolidwireelectrodeandall-weldmetaldepositobtainedwiththeelectrode/fluxcombination.1)Clauses,subclausesandtableswhichcarrythesuffixletter“A”areapplicableonlytosolidwireelectrodes,tubularcoredelectrodesandall-weldmetaldepositsclassifiedinaccordancewiththesystembaseduponchemicalcomposition.2)Clauses,subclausesandtableswhichcarrythesuffixletter“B”areapplicableonlytosolidwireelectrodes,tubularcoredelectrodesandall-weldmetaldepositsclassifiedinaccordancewiththesystembaseduponthetensilestrengthofall-weldmetaldepositsandthechemicalcompositionofsolidwireelectrodesandall-weldmetaldeposits.3)Clauses,subclausesandtableswhichdonothaveeitherthesuffixletter“A”orthesuffixletter“B”areapplicabletoallsolidwireelectrodes,tubularcoredelectrodesandelectrode/fluxcombinationsclassifiedunderthisInternationalStandard.
