【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61557specifiesrequirementsforcombinedperformancemeasuringandmonitoringdevicesthatmeasureandmonitortheelectricalparameterswithinelectricaldistributionsystems.Theserequirementsalsodefinetheperformance,insingleandthreephasea.c.ord.c.systemshavingratedvoltagesupto1000Va.c.orupto1500Vd.c.Thesedevicesarefixedinstalledorportable.Theyareintendedtobeusedindoorsand/oroutdoors.Thisstandardisnotapplicablefor:?electricitymeteringequipmentthatcomplieswithIEC62053-21,IEC62053-22andIEC62053-23.Nevertheless,uncertaintiesdefinedinthisstandardforactiveandreactiveenergymeasurementarederivedfromthosedefinedintheIEC62053standardsseries.?simpleremoterelaysorsimplemonitoringrelays.ThisstandardisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithIEC61557-1(unlessotherwisespecified),whichspecifiesthegeneralrequirementsformeasuringandmonitoringequipment,asrequiredinIEC60364-6.ThestandarddoesnotincludethemeasurementandmonitoringofelectricalparametersdefinedinParts2to9ofIEC61557orinIEC62020.Combinedperformancemeasuringandmonitoringdevices(PMD),asdefinedinthisstandard,giveadditionalsafetyinformation,whichaidstheverificationoftheinstallationandenhancestheperformanceofthedistributionsystems.Forinstance,thosedeviceshelptocheckifthelevelofharmonicsisstillcompliantwiththewiringsystemsasrequiredinIEC60364-5-52.Thecombinedperformancemeasuringandmonitoringdevices(PMD)forelectricalparametersdescribedinthisstandardareusedforgeneralindustrialandcommercialapplications.APMD-AisaspecificPMDcomplyingwithrequirementsofIEC61000-4-30classA,whichmaybeusedin"powerqualityassessment"applications.NOTE1Generallysuchtypesofdevicesareusedinthefollowingapplicationsorforthefollowinggeneralneeds:–energymanagementinsidetheinstallation;–monitoringand/ormeasurementofelectricalparametersthatmayberequiredorusual;–measurementand/ormonitoringofthequalityofenergy.NOTE2Ameasuringandmonitoringdeviceofelectricalparametersusuallyconsistsofseveralfunctionalmodules.Allorsomeofthefunctionalmodulesarecombinedinonedevice.Examplesoffunctionalmodulesarementionedbelow:–measurementandindicationofseveralelectricalparameterssimultaneously;–energymeasurementand/ormonitoring,andalsosometimescompliancewithaspectsofbuildingregulations;–alarmsfunctions;–powerquality(harmonics,over/undervoltages,voltagedipsandswells,etc).
