【摘要】:ThispartofISO14713providesguidelinesandrecommendationsregardingthegeneralprinciplesofdesignthatareappropriateforarticlestobesherardizedforcorrosionprotection.Theprotectionaffordedbythesherardizedcoatingtothearticlewilldependuponthemethodofapplicationofthecoating,thedesignofthearticleandthespecificenvironmenttowhichthearticleisexposed.Thesherardizedarticlecanbefurtherprotectedbyapplicationofadditionalcoatings(outsidethescopeofthispartofISO14713),suchasorganiccoatings(wetpaintsorpowdercoatings).Whenappliedtosherardizedarticles,thiscombinationofcoatingsisoftenknownasa“duplexsystem”.
