【摘要】:Thestandardisapplicabletotheinstallation,exchange,relocationandremovaloflowpressureinstallationsforprimaryandsecondarymetersnotexceedingaflowrateof6m/handcoversinstallationsthatincorporatediaphragm(uptoG4/U6)andelectronic(E6)meters.LowpressuregasnetworksinGreatBritainoperatewithamaximumoperatingpressureoflessthan75mbarandamaximumincidentalpressureof200mbar.Requirementsforservicepipes(includingthefirstemergencycontrolvalve)aredealtwithintheInstitutionofGasEngineersandManagersRecommendationsIGE/TD/4GasServices[9].TheinstallationofpipeworkisspecifiedinBS6891.Aninstallation,tothisstandard,providesazone2hazardousareaasdefinedinBSEN60079-10.NOTE1AttentionisdrawntothefactthattheinstallationofgasmetersiscoveredbytheGasSafety(InstallationsandUse)Regulations1998[1]andpersonsusingthisstandardshouldthereforebefullyconversantwiththoseregulations.Wherethisstandardisusedfortheinstallationofaprimarymeter,referenceshouldbemadetotheOfgasCodeofPracticeCOP/la[10].NOTE2Allpressuresquotedinthisstandardaregaugepressuresunlessotherwisespecified.
